Terms and Conditions

1. We will not sell festival programmes to anyone under the age of 18 and reserve the right not to accept orders.
2. Orders will be delivered once payment has been received and verified.
3. Orders will usually be delivered within a week. In instances where this is not possible you will be informed of any delay.
4. Offers and vouchers will only be valid in participating venues.
5. No change will be given against vouchers
6. Norwich Wine Festival reserves the right to change price and availability information without notice.
7. Cancellations may incur a charge if the festival programmes have already been dispatched.
8. Any vouchers unused at the end of the festival will cease to be valid and will be non-refundable
9. It is your responsibility to provide us with correct personal and delivery information.  This information will be held by Norwich Wine Festival and, in accordance with UK data and consumer protection legislation, will not be shared with any third party.
10. Norwich Wine Festival is an England based Limited Company. Any disputes or claims must be settled under English law. The directors are ER Barclay, RL Smith, LJ Jennings and AJ Wright.
